Good news for seal manufacturers and users seeking a material that is both soft and especially resistant to abrasion: thanks to intensive research and development, DMH is launching the new material 111 HPU Supersoft on the market.

To achieve optimum turning results, please use the latest version of our software. (Version 2.3.7 or newer).

The new material will be available in our warehouses from 02.10.2023. Orders are accepted as of now. 

DMH 111 HPU Supersoft combines compressive strength, abrasion resistance, compressive-deformation resistance, temperature resistance, gas tightness, chemical resistance, and hydrolytic stability. And with it – most importantly – remains soft and yet machinable.

The application areas are as diverse as the product benefits: this is not just restricted conservatively to pneumatic seals and preload elements for PTFE seals! This new material has the potential for so much more – and the journey begins here and now. Together with partners operating around the world, DMH is driving the further development and success of this material and will continue to do so in future.
