DMH Software

DMH Seals software includes seven different types of standard seals, and seals that include special profile types, such as for the mining category. With a total of some 170 standard profiles, this tool offers you an impressive range of possibilities, such as 60 standard raw materials (DMH) that are preset with the entire range of selectable dimensions.

Various control types and generations can be selected:

  • Siemens Sinumerik up to the current 828D or 840D

  • Fanuc up to the current oi-TF

  • Quick and simple NC code generation with automatic collision checking

  • 2D/3D profile and NC code simulation

  • Control sheet printing (tolerance sheet/final-inspection sheet)

  • All databases can be configured locally or on the server

  • Price calculation tool with semi-automatic offer preparation for seals

Approval stages possible (dongle-controlled) e.g.

  • Profile creation to NC program

  • With/without price calculation

  • Only profile creation with collision checking but without NC program (e.g. for sales)

  • Special profile groups, such as mining, can also be approved via dongle

  • Appearance can be customized with colors and logos as desired
